Julie has begun a new arts ministry and it has been very exciting to see what God is doing through this time.


Julie leads the people in a discussion over different aspects of our walk with God and then they paint or draw what they are experiencing in their own life. It has been amazing to see the openness of non-believers to be a part of this type of "spiritual painting." God is working through this art ministry to draw people to Himself!


Julie gave me this worship art painting she did...it speaks over the ministry of the Holy Spirit. In the land of Van Goghs and Rembrandts, this is my prized possession. (-:


This past week I spoke for the first time at our home church, Waardevol Leven. My message was about walking with a new perspective in the Kingdom of God. This will probably be the last time I preach in English for awhile. I am scheduled to preach in Dutch on May 11. I can't wait!


These are our good Norwegian friends, Frode and Elisabeth Maalen. They were part of our Chi Alpha Leiden ministry last year and we really miss them. They came down recently to spend a few days with us and eat some pannekoeken.
